  Key Real Estate Services is our property management company now for 3 years. I have bought three homes and sold one with Malisa Spivey. Malisa has conducted business well and we trust her with real estate buying and management services. Malisa Spivey is very organized and responsive to our tenants. She contacts us on home issues and costs. Repair are made in a timely manner at a price that is reasonable and fair with our approval. I tried a different property management company near Baylor and they were terrible! Non-paying tenants consistently and damages that cost beyond expectation-- we were glad to just dump that company to have Malisa clean up that nightmare situation. Malisa does thorough background checks and we have had consistent quality tenants that lease beyond a year. We can sleep easier knowing our properties are represented well and that they are being well-maintained.

  Screwed my sister out of her $600 rental deposit. Made them pay to have plumbing fixed, pilot light to be lit and then didn't come out to fix things when they complained. Do not trust her!
